Hi, I’m Iveta

If you're reading this, chances are you're experiencing some kind of physical, mental, emotional, or energetic block that is preventing you from living the life you truly desire.

You're tired of feeling stuck, stagnant, and overwhelmed by the endless flurry of conflicting advice online about how to fix your health, sleep, focus, performance, productivity, organisation, relationships, and every other thing we are told every day needs to be better. Every expert seems to have the perfect answer, but you’re left wondering why nothing seems to stick.

I created my Neuropsychology Coaching programs because I wanted to cut through the noise and help people transform their lives with evidence-based, science-backed tools and frameworks that create lasting change.

A little of my story…

Throughout my life, I was constantly on the move — thinking, doing, planning — never truly still. My ADHD kept me in a state of hyper-vigilance, where I was always juggling multiple things at once, and never feeling fully grounded. I found myself on a career path that didn’t align with my true values, driven by impulsive decisions and a restless energy that left me feeling unfulfilled.

It wasn’t until I discovered mindfulness, yoga, and their practical applications that I began to change my relationship with myself. Journaling and mindfulness became my anchors, allowing me to create space between my racing thoughts and get to know the person I was becoming.

I learned to acknowledge my anxiety and avoidance patterns without letting them dictate my actions.

I stopped trying to completely reprogram my ADHD nature, and instead embraced the shift from behaviours that held me back to those that propelled me forward.

And as I delved into inner child work, I found myself in tears. There was so much to forgive — myself, my parents, and the stories that had shaped my struggles. This journey led me to my deepest breakdown…

I no longer recognised the person I thought I was. I had questioned everything about myself, and in doing so, I felt even more lost than before.

But, when you don’t know what to pursue in life, pursue yourself.

Focus on becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, present, and confident version of yourself. Then, the right path will unfold naturally.

That’s exactly what happened for me. I began focusing on daily routines and self-care habits, building consistency in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Through this practice, clarity began to emerge. Despite not having a natural academic predisposition, here I am — enrolled in a PhD program, something I once believed was beyond my reach.

That doesn’t mean the path has been straightforward or easy. I still slip into old patterns (they’re always there!). But now, every time I do, I turn to my journal. I write about it. I follow through with the strategies I’ve set in place. My journal is my rock.

As I learned to regulate my nervous system, I redefined my relationship with challenges and difficulties. I learned how to learn. I began to enjoy working through obstacles, embracing the unknown. I no longer fear when things don’t go according to plan — I welcome it. I’ve realised that growth doesn’t happen in calm waters. True transformation, the kind that shifts us to new levels of awareness and capability, occurs in crisis. And I’ve learned to embrace that with open arms.

This is what I want for you. This is what my coaching program will give you.

My journey has been one of constant evolution, not because I am special, but because I’ve been willing to learn, adapt, and keep going.

I invite you to join me — to reclaim your nervous system, understand your mind, and evolve into the highest version of yourself.

Are you ready?

I hold the highest qualification in Yoga, a Master’s degree in Neuroscience, and am currently completing my PhD on the intricate connections between the mind, body, and healing. This unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern science is the foundation of my work.

Yoga first introduced me to the fascinating mechanics of the nervous system and the transformative potential within the body. But it was neuroscience that provided me with the language I had been searching for. It took me out of my comfort zone, challenged my beliefs, and forced me to confront my deepest prejudices.

I’m passionate about bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern science — specifically the connection between the mind, body, and healing.
